Having recently undergone shoulder surgery I came to Jo for weekly physio sessions. Jo is always able to outline the problem with great clarity and in a way that is easily understood. Kate has been working with myself and my 9-year-old daughter. She has successfully treated my very stubborn and painful plantar fasciitis. Kate has taken a very rounded approach with me using massage, acupuncture, strength training and stretching. She has worked with me to ensure appropriate footwear and exercise to prevent future flare-ups. Kate has worked with my daughter who has struggled with calf and foot pain following growth spurts (Sever’s disease). Kate’s approach with kids is great – she is really friendly and has ensured my daughter has felt in control during treatments. My name is Gabriella and I am 9 years old. I have a poorly foot and so Mummy took me to the lovely Physio. It was much more fun than I thought and I even have pretty pink tape to help me get better. I was super, super brave and had tiny needles to help my foot and it was quite funny.

Kate is a terrific physiotherapist. She goes over and above for her clients. She has helped me to regain almost 100% of the use of my shoulder and helping me to learn to walk again after a traumatic brain injury. I really cannot thank her enough. She has been outstanding.
